Do you make everything yourself?
Yes.
Every Pine & Pack product is cut, assembled, finished, engraved, and packed by hand here in the Ottawa Valley.
We're a small business, which means we don't have shelves full of inventory waiting to ship. Most products are made to order, giving us the time to build each one with care and make sure it's something we'd be proud to use with our own dogs.
What is BioThane®?
BioThane® is a waterproof coated webbing that's made for real life with dogs.
It won't absorb water, mud rinses off, it doesn't hold odours, and it's easy to wipe clean after a day on the trail, at the lake, or around town.
How long will my oder take?
Because most of our products are made to order, we usually ship within 3-7 business days.
If we're away at a market or spending a little extra time on a custom order, we'll always keep you updated.
Can I personalize my gear?
Absolutely.
Many of our products can be laser engraved with your dog's name, your phone number, or a short phrase.
If engraving is available for a product, you'll see the option before you add it to your cart.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes.
We ship anywhere in Canada, and you'll see your shipping options during checkout.
Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
