If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's a problem we missed, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.

We'll work with you to find the best solution.

Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, we can't accept returns for custom items unless there's a manufacturing issue or we've made a mistake.

Our Warranty

We stand behind the gear we make.

If a product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, let us know. We'll inspect the issue and repair or replace it whenever reasonable.

Normal wear, accidental damage, chewing, or misuse aren't covered – but if you're unsure, reach out anyway. We'd rather have the conversation than leave you wondering.
