Every Pine & Pack order is packed by hand here in the Ottawa Valley.

Most of our products are made to order, so please allow 3-7 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping

We currently ship across Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and orders over $100 CAD ship free.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Ottawa Valley. You'll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
