Refund policy
We want you and your dog to love your Pine & Pack gear.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pineandpack.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 15 CARDINAL CRESCENT, PETAWAWA ON, K8H 3N9 – Attention to: Pine & Pack.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
