In a small workshop in the Ottawa Valley.
There aren't rows of shelves or stacks of boxes waiting to go out. Most of what we make is built after you place your order, one piece at a time.
We like it that way.
It means we can take our time, pay attention to the details, and send you something we're proud to put our name on.
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave our workshop within 3-7 business days.
Sometimes it may take a little longer if we're at a market, working through a busy week, or finishing a custom order.
If that's the case, we'll keep you in the loop.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in Canada.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on where you live.
Orders over $100 ship free.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes.
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information whenever it's available.
Local to the Ottawa Valley?
If you're nearby, we're happy to arrange local pickup for eligible orders.
Just send us a message before ordering, and we'll work something out.
We know waiting for new gear isn't always easy.
We'll always do our best to get your order packed and on its way as soon as we can.
But we'd rather spend a little extra time making sure everything is right than rush something out the door.
